You closed the gates a half hour early and denied boarding to more than 50 people. The only reason we were there with only a half hour to spare was that the connecting flight we were in, also operated by you, was an hour and a half late. We then waited for four hours at the service desk. All agents were completely unsympathetic and most returning flights have been over booked. We've been at the airport 24 hours already and aren't sure if we can make it home on the flight we have been rebooked on. This is the WORST experience I have ever had am a big guy and seated to another big guy, the experience was uncomfortable . The crew provided excellent serviceOne of the flight attendants was incredibly rude. She knocked into me five times and never apologized once. She spoke harshly to several other people as well.
